FOXO4-DRI is a D-retro-inverso peptide designed to disrupt the interaction between FOXO4 and p53 in senescent cells, selectively inducing apoptosis in senescent cells while sparing healthy cells. As a leading senolytic research tool, FOXO4-DRI has been studied for its capacity to reduce senescent cell burden in aged tissues, restore tissue homeostasis, and improve markers of organ function in preclinical aging models.
