4. Orders and Pricing

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

5. Payment

We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Payment must be received in full before products are dispatched.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within the European Union and EEA countries. Standard delivery is 3–5 business days; express delivery is 1–2 business days.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once shipped. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours at info@synerium.com.
