Full product description
ARA-290 (Cibinetide) is an 11-amino acid peptide derived from the helix B domain of erythropoietin (EPO). Unlike full-length EPO, ARA-290 binds selectively to the innate repair receptor (a heteromer of EPOR and βcR) without activating the classical erythropoietic EPO receptor, providing tissue-protective signaling without hematopoietic side effects. Research has demonstrated anti-inflammatory and cytoprotective activity in neuropathic pain, diabetic neuropathy, sarcoidosis-associated small fiber neuropathy, and ischemia-reperfusion injury models.
